Eligibility criteria for D.Ed Mandatory Documents

Those who come under the category of SC, ST, Category -I and Physically Handicapped should have passed P.U.C with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

Those who come under general and OBC Category should have passed P.U.C with 50% marks in aggregate.

Transfer and conduct certificates (in original).

The Karnataka PU Board (or its equivalent) Grade certificate and date of birth proof in original or a provisional certificate.

Candidates who have passed an examination other than the Karnataka PU Board should produce eligibility certificate obtained from the college.

Three passport size photographs.

Community / Caste certificate in original and two Xerox copies attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Pedagogical Courses: 4. Language Education (Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu). 5. Language Education (English). 6. Mathematics Education. 7. Environmental Studies Education. Practical Courses: 8. Health and Physical Education. 9. Work Education. 10. Art Education. 11. School Experience Programme (SEP).
02	D.Ed.	2nd year	Students learn the following subjects and practical applications in 2nd year: Foundation Courses: 1. Psychological Perspectives of Education. 2. Socio-Philosophical Perspectives of Education. 3. Curriculum. Pedagogy and Evaluation. 4. School Leadership and Management. Pedagogy Courses (any three; one language is compulsory): 5 Language Education (Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu). 6. Language Education (English). 7. Mathematics Education. 8. Social Studies Education. 9. Science Education. Practical Courses: 10. Health and Physical Education. 11. Work Education. 12. Arts in Education. 13. School Experience Program (SEP).
